BrandSprint uses specialized AI agents, with human oversight, to deliver brand launch packages: name generation, domain availability scouting, trademark screening, brand identity, and landing page deployment, as described in the package listings on the site.
BrandSprint is provided on a best-effort basis. It aims to deliver clear, well-researched brand recommendations but does not guarantee that any name is free of trademark conflicts, that any domain remains available until registered, or that any screening result is exhaustive. Trademark screening is informational and is not legal advice; consult a licensed attorney before relying on it, except where attorney review is expressly included in a package.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. BrandSprint does not receive or store card details. Package prices and inclusions are as described on the site at the time of purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, the operators of BrandSprint are not liable for any losses arising from trademark conflicts, domain unavailability, or business outcomes related to a delivered brand package.
