BrandSprint (brandsprint.ai) is the marketing website for an AI-assisted brand launch service. This policy describes, accurately, what data the site collects and how it is used.
If you submit the contact form, BrandSprint collects the email address you provide. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers the submission to us by email. The site does not use user accounts and does not require a login.
Your email address is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to send the intake questionnaire that starts your brand sprint. It is not added to a marketing list without your consent.
Form submissions are stored by Formspree and in the recipient email account. If you purchase a package, payment is processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout; card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by BrandSprint. BrandSprint does not operate its own database of customer data.
BrandSprint does not sell data, does not use your information for advertising, and does not share data with third parties except the service providers named above, Formspree for form processing and Stripe for payments, each solely to provide their service.
Submissions are retained only as long as needed to provide the service. To have your information deleted, contact wadelovell@gmail.com and we will remove your submission from our records.
